It enables businesses real-time communication and engagement with customers to resolve their queries instantly. IMsupporting software can be easily setup on any website or any eCommerce sites and customize the look and feel of the interface using customization tools and features.

Users can design and modify live chat window that aligns with their business website and brand using text,colors, fonts, banners and more. IMsupporting provides a library of inbuilt design templates, predefines buttions that aids in customizing the chat window on the website. It provides a feature for live chat user queuing and department filters, which allows customer support agents to queue the requests based on their priority and route to appropriate department which needs the attention.
