It is an easy to setup software which is used for ecommerce websites, business websites and other applications to make customer interaction easier and increase the leads. With Paldesk, businesses can leverage the flexibility to provide customer support from multiple devices from whereever they can.

The agents can work on multiple queries simultaneously and route the relevant requests to concerned teams. This was not possible with phone call support as one customer is only possible with phone. Paldesk is integrated with ticketing software where a ticket is being created automatically when client raises request. It is easier to track the workload and distribute to the agents to resolve the tickets on time. It is an easy-to-use software where customers feel comfortable and friendly while interacting with agents just as text messaging apps.

Paldesk can be customized as per the requirement of the business and create a personalized widget to embed in websites. The incoming requests from customers are displayed on the dashboard and each request is automatically routed to the concerned agent agent’s skills, contact channel, type of issue, and contact history.

Paldesk enables to answer queries with automated massages when agents are not available during out of office hours.
