PROS:
  • You can have both voice meeting or video meeting.
  • Zoom works perfect for web conferences, meeting and webinars.
  • It also works fine with one-one calls, conference calls and any other calls.
  • Voice clarity and Video clarity is excellent.
  • Easy to use software. You can set it on your own and get going without any formal training.
  • Meetings can be initiated either by custom link or Meeting ID option.
  • Mute and unmute the audio feature from the presenter side also.(used when we forget keeping mute during meeting).
  • Schedule or attend meeting from anywhere and on any device like PC, mobile, ipad etc.
  • Zoom provides must have features like video recording, screen sharing and document sharing.
CONS:
  • Restricted to only one conference call per account at a time.
  • Picture of the attendees cannot be zoomed when attending from PC.
  • User Interface is a bit outdated. It needs to be upgraded.
  • Free version has limitation of 3 attendees and 40 minutes of time. Other tools give better than this.
